Here's What A GEM Experience Looks Like
Since launching we've brought senior marketing leaders together across London for evenings built on genuine connection rather than networking as usual. Here's a glimpse of a few.

Soho House X Flowerbx
Autumn 2025
An autumn evening at Soho House, with a floral display from luxury florist Flowerbx where every guest chose and took home their own bouquet. Canapés, champagne and live music set the tone.
The conversation ranged widely. AEO was on the table, with our partner Profound in the mix, but so was family life and everything outside of careers, which guests really appreciated.
As with our previous gatherings, nobody was in a hurry to leave when the official finish time arrived. Conversations with Profound carried on well into the evening.
"Such an incredibly curated event. The little details were well noted, the venue, food and drink were great, but fundamentally, you managed to find such a great group of leaders that I felt I was really getting something from being at that event."
Senior Marketing Leader, Sky
Guests joined us from HSBC, QBE, Sainsbury's, Next, Sky, AXA, Clarks, Virgin Group and more.
An Evening with Mick Binnington, The Boathouse
Summer 2025
A summer evening aboard a boat on Paddington Canal, on one of the sunniest days of the year. Michelin-recognised chef Mick Binnington prepared canapés live, then took questions on a career that has run from Gordon Ramsay's kitchens onwards. Live music and champagne set the tone.
The conversation barely paused. AEO was the topic on everyone's lips, and with our partner Profound in the room, there was plenty to dig into. It didn't stop when it was meant to, either. When the boat had to close, the group carried on elsewher
"I'm not one for networking per se, as it can all feel a bit forced. However, you managed to create a very relaxed and informal atmosphere, where I felt I really got the benefit of coming together with my marketing peers, across a variety of different industries, all of whom seem to share similar challenges. The sponsorship was done in a very natural way, and it was great to hear more about the work they do, without it feeling forced."
Senior Marketing Leader, Marks & Spencer
Guests joined us from Cazenove Capital, Meta, Aon, JP Morgan, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Fidelity International, Diageo and more.

An Evening with Aesop, Covent Garden
Spring 2025
An evening at Aesop's Covent Garden store, with hand massages, personalised product consultations and a goody bag to take home. Live music and a luxury cheese board set the scene, and our partner for the evening, Hightouch, joined the conversation rather than pitching to it.
What stood out wasn't the setting, brilliant as it was, but how quickly the room found its rhythm. Conversations carried on well beyond the formal part of the evening, and several guests left together to share a taxi home. They have stayed in touch since.
"I've been to quite a few events recently and this was one of the best I've attended, the atmosphere was friendly, great food and drink plus the goody bags were a fab surprise at the end!"
Senior Marketing Leader, Sainsbury's
Guests joined us from Clarks, LSEG, AXA Health, A&O Shearman, Diageo, Sainsbury's, Columbia Threadneedle Investments and more.
